1. Donations Donations to We Care NGO are generally non-refundable. We encourage all donors to consider their contributions carefully before making a donation to ensure the funds will be used to support our programs for the elderly, education for the underprivileged, and ensuring access to nutritious food for all.

2. Processing Errors In the rare event that a donation is processed incorrectly (e.g., a double charge or incorrect amount), we will work with the donor to address the issue and provide a refund. Refund requests due to processing errors must be made within [7-14] days of the transaction.
