Who We Are

Founded in 2020 amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, WeCare was born out of a collective desire to create lasting change in our communities. With a strong commitment to social impact, we focus on three core pillars: empowering young girls, providing care and support for the elderly, and ensuring access to nutritious food for all. We believe in a world where every individual, regardless of age or gender, has the opportunity to thrive with dignity and opportunity. Through collaboration, compassion, and innovative programs, we work tirelessly to uplift those in need, promote equality, and build a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

And yes, we are a registered non-profit organization in India.


What

We Do

We are dedicated to creating lasting change by empowering girls, supporting the elderly, and addressing food insecurity. Through our Girl Empowerment Program, we provide education, mentorship, and resources to help young girls overcome barriers and unlock their potential.

Our Elderly Care Initiative offers companionship, healthcare, and support to senior citizens, ensuring they live with dignity and care. With our Food for All Program, we provide nutritious meals and promote food security in underserved communities.

Through these efforts, we aim to build a more equitable, compassionate world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

At the heart of our mission is an abiding commitment to improving the lives of the weakest members of our society - the vulnerable women, children, and elders. As a founder member of this organization, my vision is that every citizen, regardless of their socio-economic background, has hope and dignity to live on. We Care works in the empowering of women into reaching their full potential. Women need all resources, knowledge, and opportunities to blossom. We commit ourselves to safe space where children grow, learn, and develop brighter futures. We will ensure that older people have care, respect, and feel they belong in order that they can spend their later years in peace and comfort. Our work extends to supporting the unfortunate and marginalized, providing assistance to those in need, and advocating for social justice for all. We believe in a world where no one is left behind, and every person is treated with the care and respect they deserve. Nothing of this would have been possible without the combined effort of our donors, volunteers, partners, and community members. Every day we are reminded of the tremendous power of kindness and what can be accomplished when people come together for a common purpose. In joining us on this journey, together we will continue to shape the future toward women and children empowered, the elderly cared for, and the most unfortunate among us might find hope, support, and a chance at building a better life.

Our Story:A Mission Born from Crisis, Driven by Compassion

In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, WeCare was born out of a deep desire to help those most affected by the crisis. We saw the devastating impact on vulnerable communities—especially girls, the elderly, and families struggling with hunger—and decided to take action.

Our mission is simple: empower girls, care for the elderly, and ensure that no one goes hungry. Through education, mentorship, and community support, we help girls unlock their potential and build brighter futures. We provide essential care and companionship to elderly individuals who face isolation, and we work to provide nutritious meals to families in need.

What started as an emergency response to the pandemic has grown into a lasting commitment to social change. We believe in a world where everyone, no matter their age, gender, or circumstance, has the chance to thrive. With the support of our volunteers, donors, and partners, we continue to make a difference, one life at a time.
